Hi, I’m Shahla

It’s an honor to meet you

I’m inspired by resiliency and community. I am a lover of music, the Ocean, traveling, and spending time with my fur baby. I've been working in mental health for over 10 years and have witnessed and shared in many painful journeys, but I've also had the privilege of witnessing resiliency in the human spirit. I started my practice because I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships. In my own time of pain and darkness, the universe gifted me this beautiful journey of opening a private practice to support clients who are experiencing that same pain and darkness.

Experiencing relationship trauma and lingering pain from toxic relationships does not make you any less worthy of love and happiness. When we feel trapped, unseen, and unheard, it can feel so difficult to decipher who we can trust. I started this practice to create a space for you to feel validated and safe in your feelings, and to help you rise from the ashes.
